What EB1A Ready is

EB1A Ready is a preparation workspace for people considering an EB-1A petition. It helps you organize your achievements, plan evidence and get ready to brief an attorney. It is not a law firm, does not give legal advice, does not file anything with USCIS and is not affiliated with any government agency. Using it does not create an attorney-client relationship. Scores, reviews and suggestions describe how prepared your records are, not whether a petition will be approved.

Your account

You need to be at least 18 to create an account. Keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what you enter, including that it is accurate and that you have the right to share it.

Your content

What you put in your case stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can ask us to delete your account and its data at any time.

AI features

Atlas and the instant reviews use AI. They can be wrong or incomplete, so check anything important with a qualified immigration attorney. Nothing an AI suggests is added to your case until you approve it.

Payments and refunds

Paid plans are one-time purchases, not subscriptions, and are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown on the pricing page before you pay. If the plan isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase and we will refund it in full. A refund ends access to the paid features.

Fair use

Don't misuse the service: no attempts to break in, scrape it, resell it, overload it, or use it to deceive anyone, including by submitting fabricated evidence. We may suspend accounts that do.

Changes and availability

We are improving EB1A Ready constantly and may change or retire features. If we change these terms in a meaningful way, we will tell signed-in members before the change applies. The service is provided as is; to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for decisions made by USCIS, attorneys or anyone else.
