What we store
Your account (name, email, field, country, target date), your case records (achievements, focus criteria, story, plan and task outcomes, with a history of changes), recommender entries, review requests, and the questions you ask Atlas with its answers. When you check in with Atlas, the mood you pick is saved so it can follow up next time; it never appears in your attorney brief. We never ask for or store your documents.
Who can see it
You, plus a small admin team for support and to keep the assistants accurate. If you joined through a law firm, that firm's staff can see your case. Nothing is shared with attorneys, recommenders or anyone else unless you send it yourself. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Automated features
When you talk to Atlas, run the interview or an AI review, the relevant answers are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate the response. They are not used to train models under our provider agreement. Nothing an AI suggests enters your case until you approve it.
The Claude and ChatGPT connector
The EB1A Ready connector does not require an account. Its tools read our public workbook and compute a readiness score from what the assistant sends. We do not store tool inputs; our host keeps standard request logs (time, IP address, path) for security for a limited period.
Calendar link
Your private calendar link shows generic task titles and dates (for example, "EB-1A prep: Clarify") to anyone who has it. It never includes your achievements or names.
Deleting your data
Email us and we will delete your account and everything in it.
